P.A.L. - Playground Activity Leader

This is where senior leaders organise and supervise fun activities for children to opt into during lunch breaks.

School Council

Student representatives work together with the Principal and act as a 'voice' for the students of Shirley Primary School.

Transition Buddy

Senior children work alongside New Entrant Children to help support their transition into school.

Librarian

This is a fantastic opportunity for senior children to take part in the running of the school library. Librarians are responsible for supporting and assisting children in the library during both class time and lunchtimes.

Peer Mediators

Senior children can be involved in the peer mediation programme. Their role is to assist their peers in the playground and help them to deal with conflict.
